EURO-ROLLER Exhaust Extraction Systems
Different types of extraction units have been developed to meet the strict health, safety and environmental requirements of the motor-trade authorities regarding the extraction of gases from petrol and diesel engines.
A good example are exhaust reels, spring- or electrically operated, for hoses with diameters up to 200 mm. Exhaust extraction can be performed via reel-integrated fans or centrally installed fans to which various reels are connected. The use of such reels keeps shop floors clear and prevents hoses from being run over or from other damages.
Another frequently used system is the EURO-RAIL channel system. Along interconnected ceiling-mounted aluminium channels travel carriages carrying exhaust hoses and funnels, which are used to extract exhaust fumes from vehicles. The extraction carriages can be used at any point on the channel. EURO-RAIL channel systems with return rail for the exhaust carriages are used in drive-through workshops and loading docks of warehouses.
Broad Delivery Programme
The EURO-ROLLER® programme comprises a complete range of extraction equipment for motor vehicle exhaust and other high-temperature fumes. The range includes:
- Spring- and electrically operated hose reels for hose diameters from 75 to 200 mm
- All lengths available, up to 50 metres
- Channel system for on-the-spot extraction
- Exhaust fume extraction arms
- Hose reels can be supplied with integrated fans or with a connection to a central exhaust system
- Various operating modes: manual or wall-mounted switch, or remote control by infra-red or radio signals
- EURO-ROLLER® extraction fans for exhaust of fumes are of course an important part of the programme. Fans with capacities of 900 “ 10.000 m³/h are available for indoor use or roof mounting.
- Apart from the reels, so-called extraction arms are used for the on-the-spot extraction of welding and exhaust fumes at high temperatures. Arms can be fitted to the wall above the workbench, but they can also operate from the channel systems via a special carriage. This gives ultimate work flexibility. Lengths of exhaust arms from 2 to 11 m.
- We can design the right size nozzle for every size tail pipe, with options of pneumatic, mechanical or magnetic clamping. Optional dampers are available.
